• Our museum is wheelchair friendly and easily accessible for people with physical restrictions. We have two wheelchairs available for use inside the museum. Standard wheelchairs and rollators can be used inside the museum.
• There is a lift (elevator) which makes the upper floors of our museum accessible for everyone.
• Each visitor will receive an audio guide which is included in the ticket. This useful aid has an individual volume control.
• If you want a tailor-made package for a specific group, we can arrange one with our Van Gogh Village Custom Tours.
• Pets and other animals, with the exception of guide dogs, are not permitted.
